Largest Real Estate Brokerage in Jo Daviess County Shares 2026 Market Outlook

A Message from Designated Managing Broker Danielle Cline

As we step into a new year, I want to take a moment to reintroduce myself and reset the stage for what’s ahead.

My name is Danielle Cline, and I am proud to serve as the Designated Managing Broker and founder of DC Rise Real Estate. What started as a vision to build a people-first brokerage grounded in relationships, integrity, and results has grown into something truly extraordinary — thanks to the trust of our clients and the dedication of an incredible team.

A Milestone Year for DC Rise Real Estate

This past December marked a defining moment in our journey with the acquisition of Eagle Ridge Realty. With this transition, DC Rise Real Estate is now the largest brokerage based out of Jo Daviess County by license count.

Even more exciting — when combining 2025 production numbers, our brokerage outperformed every other brokerage in Jo Daviess County.

We don’t share this to boast.
We share it because results matter.

Behind every statistic is a family we helped move forward, a seller we helped build wealth, or a buyer we guided home.

And we’re just getting started.

Honored to Serve — Business of the Year

We were deeply honored to be named Business of the Year by the Galena Area Chamber of Commerce. This recognition means so much to us because it reflects something bigger than real estate transactions — it reflects our commitment to the communities we serve.

At DC Rise, showing up isn’t optional. It’s who we are.

Over the past year, our team has proudly:

  • Hosted Rise Nights supporting local student-athletes

  • Awarded a $1,000 scholarship to invest in the next generation

  • Organized Earth Day initiatives to care for the place we call home

  • Filled the Rise Trailer with food donations to support families across our county

Community is not part of our business strategy — it is the foundation of it.

And speaking of Earth Day… our team has already entered the brainstorming phase. If you know us, you know we don’t think small. We can’t wait to share what we have planned this year.

The Market Is Moving — Are You Ready?

If you’ve been wondering whether homes are still selling, the answer is a confident yes — when priced and positioned correctly.

In fact, we recently put a townhouse under contract in just 9 days, while competing properties are averaging nearly 200 days on market.

That is the power of understanding hyper-local trends and making strategic moves from day one.

Here’s what the data tells us:

DC Rise Real Estate Performance vs. Market Average

  • Average Days on Market: 38
    (Market Average: 74+ days)

  • List Price to Sale Price Ratio: 98%
    (Market Average: 95%)

  • 5-Star Google Reviews from past clients who trusted us to deliver

These aren’t accidental numbers — they are the result of intentional pricing strategies, modern marketing, expert negotiation, and a team that refuses to operate at “average.”

Why This Matters for Sellers

Low inventory continues to create opportunity.

Buyers are actively shopping.
Interest remains strong.
And the spring market is already beginning to take shape.

If you are even thinking about selling, now is the time to start the conversation. The earlier we build your strategy, the stronger your position becomes.

With beautiful weather arriving this week, it might just be the perfect moment to take that first step.

Looking Ahead

Over the next several months, I’ll be sharing monthly insights, tips, and strategies to help you make smarter real estate decisions — whether you plan to move soon or simply want to stay informed.

Our mission remains clear:

Elevating Dreams. Building Wealth. Enhancing Communities.

We are incredibly proud of how far DC Rise Real Estate has come, and even more excited about where we are headed.

If you’re ready to buy, sell, invest, or simply want to understand your options — we are here to help you get the job done.

📞 Reach out today and let’s build your plan.

Because at DC Rise…

Average isn’t our standard. Rising is.
